Hello and welcome! I am a certified Early Childhood Educator for nearly two decades, specializing in both 3 to 5 and Infant & Toddler Education. I have a strong drive and passion for creating quality and inclusive environments where all children can thrive, regardless of their unique abilities or challenges.

Building on this foundation, I made a significant leap into the role of Child Development Consultant—a position that demands a high level of expertise, extensive hands-on experience, and a deep understanding of child development and educational strategies. In this role, I collaborate with families, educators, and childcare centers to address complex developmental needs and implement effective strategies that help children succeed and flourish in their learning environments.

I also hold an Advanced Specialty Certificate in Community Care Facilities Licensing, earned through the Justice Institute of British Columbia. This specialized qualification equips me with in-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework required to operate childcare facilities in British Columbia. I am able to assist prospective childcare providers in navigating the intricate licensing process, from interpreting regulations to developing comprehensive policies and procedures that meet or exceed compliance standards.
